About The Position
Newton Community School District is seeking a Varsity Assistant Boys Tennis Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is part of the Athletics/Activities/Coaching department at Newton High School. The coaching role begins in March 2027.
Requirements
- Must have a valid coaching endorsement or coaching authorization issued by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
- Must provide a copy of Iowa BOEE Coaching Certificate.
- Must provide a copy of Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Certificate.
- Must provide Coaching Transcripts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coaching the Varsity Boys Tennis team.
- Ensure athletes have a valid coaching endorsement or authorization issued by the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
- Manage and submit required applicant documents including Iowa BOEE Coaching Certificate, Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Certificate, and Coaching Transcripts.
