About The Position

The Van Driver will be responsible for transporting guests to and from assigned destinations using a property vehicle. This role requires maintaining a neat and clean appearance at all times, meeting the public with poise, and being attentive to individual guest's needs. When not providing shuttle service, the driver may be assigned other hotel duties, including house person duties, or other related tasks requested by supervisor/management. The position is full-time and offers a salary of $13.50 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

A neat and clean appearance must be maintained at all times.
High school education or equivalent required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Provide documented good driving record.
Must have the ability to meet the public with poise.
Must be attentive to individual guest’s needs.
Ability to lift heavy objects or luggage.
Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

Drives courtesy van to and from the airport, hotel, and other destinations.
Inspects and maintains courtesy van.
Runs errands for guests and management.
Documents and reports all vehicle incidents.
Helps guests in and out of cars.
During times when no guests are in need of shuttle service, other hotel duties may be assigned including house person duties.
Any other related duties that are required or requested by supervisor/management.
