This role involves safely driving guests to and from local spots, assisting with luggage, welcoming guests, responding to questions, handling concerns, and maintaining cleanliness of shuttles and common areas.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with a great attitude.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Strong communication skills to handle questions and concerns.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed.
- Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized.
