Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good driving record, ability to pass company driver screening (MVR, drug testing).
- Ability to interact courteously with passengers, parents, staff.
- Ability to navigate routes, adjust for conditions, maintain schedule.
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned van or vehicle along specified routes, or to/from pickups & drop-offs.
- Ensure passenger safety during boarding, transit, and exit; assist as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks; report mechanical or safety concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle; adhere to company driver schedules, logs, policies.
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding schedule changes, student concerns, route delays.
