Van Driver
About The Position
At Hallcon, we are looking for Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to members of railroad crews, which is crucial for the operations of the railways. The company supports its drivers by providing the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training, meaning a CDL is not required. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and does not require a high school diploma, GED, or a resume. Drivers will not face high-pressure delivery quotas, the need to load/unloading packages, or prolonged standing. Hallcon is a mobility and infrastructure services company that delivers turnkey solutions to a diverse range of clients, including technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, and airports, making this an essential part of North America’s transportation network.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Current valid state-issued driver's license
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle
- Utilize navigation tools effectively
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards
- Ability to communicate and write in English
