Responsibilities

Safely transporting residents to and from scheduled appointments, recreational activities, and social events.
Perform routine safety checks on the vehicle before each trip, ensuring it is in optimal condition.
Maintaining a high level of communication with the care team, providing updates on resident well-being during transportation.
Assisting residents with boarding and disembarking, promoting a respectful and supportive atmosphere throughout their journey.
Documenting trip logs and any incidents that may arise during transport.
Support residents with basic care needs on occasion, if possessing a CNA certification.
