About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Van Driver. This role involves transporting residents to and from their personal errands, social outings, and medical appointments. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by brightening someone's day and being a trusted part of their journey.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record (including no DUIs within the past 5 years)
• A big heart and a helpful attitude
• Great time-management and communication skills
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility challenges (training provided if needed)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and activities
• Provide a warm, friendly, and respectful experience for every passenger
• Assist residents in and out of the van as needed
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready to roll
• Communicate with staff about schedule changes or special accommodations
