About The Position
The Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from local destinations such as airports, restaurants, and events. This role also involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing a warm welcome, responding to guest inquiries, and handling concerns with care. Additionally, the driver will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the shuttles, front drive, and lobby areas.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with a great attitude.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Safe driving record.
- Strong communication skills to handle questions and concerns.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
- Keep our shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for everyone’s comfort and safety.
