About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Van Driver to join the Guest Services team at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. This role is crucial in creating a memorable first impression for guests by providing transportation and acting as a knowledgeable resource for the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to 'WOW' guests.

Requirements

At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
Valid Driver's License with no infractions.
Ability to solve problems when they arise.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Pleasant and helpful personality.
Must be able to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars.
A strong desire to make an impact on other people.
An outgoing and engaging personality.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide transportation for guests as requested in the local area.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the local area, offering recommendations.
Maintain the cleanliness and operational status of the shuttle, reporting any issues to management.
Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation when needed.
Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience.
Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
Go above and beyond to make a positive impact on guests and employees.
