About The Position
MHS is seeking a full-time van driver based in Clark County to assist in transporting clients to appointments at both the main building and BHR. This includes transporting patients to and from the Main building for out-patient and group therapy services, as well as doctor's appointments. MHS provides the vehicle for these services. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current active Ohio drivers license
- Ability to be insured under the MHS liability insurance
- CPR/First Aid/NVCI (Provided at new hire orientation)
- Ohio BCI check (FBI check required if you have lived in Ohio for less than 5 years, or for working with children)
- 5-panel drug screen
- 2 step TB (or proof of prior TB) upon conditional offer of employment (for residential candidates)
Responsibilities

- Transporting patients to and from the Main building for out-patient and group therapy services, dr. appointments
