The Van Driver / Warehouse Employee is responsible for all aspects of customer delivery, including packing orders, mapping delivery routes, handling delivery paperwork, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the delivery vehicle and its records. This role also supports various warehouse functions such as receiving and shipping materials, maintaining warehouse organization, and preparing customer orders. The employee will collaborate with other branches to ensure consistent high-level service across the CES network.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Packing orders
Mapping delivery routes
Handling delivery paperwork
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining the delivery vehicle and maintenance records
Receiving material
Maintaining warehouse organization
Shipping materials
Preparing customer orders
Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations
Inspect and maintain vehicle safety
Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle
Check in and put up stock
Help maintain cleanliness of the warehouse
Pull orders for deliveries
Back up counter staff with orders and customers
Assist in counting during Stock Take
Communicate customer feedback to the Branch Manager
