About The Position

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with mobility impairments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments while following established routes and schedules.
• Ensure patients' comfort and safety during transportation and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, including mileage and dates of service.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient transitions.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain CNA and van driver certifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
