We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and organized individual to join our Plymouth Nathan Lane team as a Value Stream Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the project development, planning, risk assessment, and issue tracking, for one of Medtronic's value streams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to successfully deliver projects on time, assess deliverable trade-offs, and leverage the PMO governance to ensure alignment. Successful VS Program Managers in this role demonstrate strong program management skills, communication, well organized and able to work under pressure. As the Value Stream Program Manager , you will: Lead and leverage cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Review the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives . Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Gather and work on requirements planning, elicitation and management to ensure alignment with project initiatives and stakeholders. Communicate with and enable stakeholder engagement to ensure end products and processes meet business goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is with a minimum of 5 years of business process/program management experience OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of business process/program management experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project/program management in medical industry and/or medical device industry
• Experience with reporting, program and/or portfolio management/skills, and managing through risk mitigations.
• PMP, PgPM , PfPM , Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Experience implementing or executing Operational Excellence strategy, new process, tools and program and/or portfolio dashboards
• Excellent mitigation management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Strong presentation skills, both delivery and development
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI , Project, Teams)
