We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and organized individual to join our Plymouth Nathan Lane team as a Value Stream Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the project development, planning, risk assessment, and issue tracking, for one of Medtronic's value streams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to successfully deliver projects on time, assess deliverable trade-offs, and leverage the PMO governance to ensure alignment. Successful VS Program Managers in this role demonstrate strong program management skills, communication, well organized and able to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of 5 years of business process/program management experience OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of business process/program management experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project/program management in medical industry and/or medical device industry
• Experience with reporting, program and/or portfolio management/skills, and managing through risk mitigations.
• PMP, PgPM, PfPM, Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Experience implementing or executing Operational Excellence strategy, new process, tools and program and/or portfolio dashboards
• Excellent mitigation management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Strong presentation skills, both delivery and development
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, Project, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Lead and leverage cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Review the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Gather and work on requirements planning, elicitation and management to ensure alignment with project initiatives and stakeholders.
• Communicate with and enable stakeholder engagement to ensure end products and processes meet business goals and initiatives.
