Value Stream Manager -eCommerce/Aftermarket

THE RITESCREEN COMPANY LLCElizabethville, PA
Onsite

About The Position

Most manufacturing leaders have run a floor. Very few have run a floor that ships direct to the consumer — where fulfillment speed is the sales engine, marketplace performance is measured daily, and the customer's expectation was set by the best e-commerce companies in the world. That's the leader we're hiring. FlexScreen/RiteScreen is the largest screen manufacturer in the US, and our eCommerce & Aftermarket business is our fastest-growing strategic priority — with direct visibility to executive leadership. We're looking for a proven operational leader who has lived at the intersection of manufacturing and e-commerce fulfillment, and who's ready to own a value stream that the company is building its future around. This isn't a desk job — you'll spend the majority of your day on the floor. And it isn't a caretaker job either: you're being handed a growth engine with executive attention and the room to run it.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing leadership experience — required. You've led production teams on a plant floor and driven measurable results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • E-commerce or direct-to-consumer fulfillment experience — required. You've operated inside marketplace fulfillment (Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or comparable), consumer order flow, or D2C operations — and you understand what consumer-speed delivery demands of a production floor.
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement depth — you've led it, not attended it
  • Strong analytical command: production metrics, backlog management, data-driven decisions
  • The leadership presence to be the primary liaison across Operations, Engineering, Packaging, Product Development, and the Aftermarket business

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operation: daily production and labor planning, shipping execution, marketplace fulfillment, order prioritization, and delivery performance across our direct-to-consumer channels
  • Own the economics: in this business, fulfillment cost and lead time are the competitive battleground — you'll manage both as your scoreboard, and every improvement you make shows up in sales
  • Set the quality bar: our customers are consumers, not purchasing departments — you'll define and enforce a consumer-grade quality standard and partner directly with Engineering and Packaging to deliver it
  • Build the culture: Gemba walks, visual management, Kaizen leadership, and coaching front-line leaders — a floor where continuous improvement is how work gets done, not an initiative
  • Lead the team: hiring, workforce planning, cross-training, and developing the people who make it all run
