As a Value Chain Designer, you'll help shape how products move from concept to customer across a global enterprise. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality to tackle complex challenges, optimize processes, and drive meaningful improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and customer outcomes. In this highly visible role, you'll develop value-stream models, uncover opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives that improve cost, quality, delivery, and customer outcomes. Many of the challenges you'll tackle span multiple functions, requiring someone who can connect people, processes, and data to solve complex business problems. If you enjoy influencing change, driving continuous improvement, and seeing the measurable impact of your work, this role offers exceptional exposure and opportunity. Few roles offer the breadth of exposure and business impact of a Value Chain Designer. Acting as a strategic connector across the organization, you'll solve complex challenges that often exist between functions, bringing structure, process discipline, and analytical rigor to drive meaningful results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how the entire business operates, not just a single function. You'll move between technical and commercial discussions, uncover root causes, and influence decisions that improve end-to-end performance. With a constant variety of projects and opportunities to learn, you'll build broad business knowledge while helping shape the future of the value chain.
