About The Position

This is a full-time hourly position in the Value-Added Produce section, responsible for its day-to-day operations. The role involves ordering, stocking, preparing value-added selections, merchandising, product rotation, cooler organization, record keeping, inventory management (backstock control), maintaining cleanliness, and customer relations on the sales floor. You will work alongside full-time and/or part-time helpers. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned. Buehler's Fresh Foods is an employee-owned chain of 13 grocery stores in northeast Ohio, committed to quality and customer care, and 'Putting People First'.

Requirements

• Must be available to be scheduled between 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Repetitive lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Mature, reliable, and dependable.

• Produce experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
