Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Motivated self-starter who seeks to create value
Individual who embraces feedback and is eager to learn
Basic understanding of, or interest in, residential real estate concepts and the appraisal/valuation process
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Organize and assign daily appraisal service requests
Ensure department service level agreements are met
Interact with third party appraisal vendors about performance levels and scheduling
Document departmental reporting
Assist department with AMC Audits
Recruit & onboard direct engage appraisers
