About The Position

The Validation and Verification capability at Rolls-Royce is responsible for ensuring that we have sufficient oversight for our products to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements. It covers engineers who are performing Development, Systems Engineering, and Verification style roles. This is an integration role where the individual will work with all engineering teams collaboratively to successfully develop robust, verified engineering solutions against robust validated customer requirements.

Requirements

Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and/or related degree.
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be eligible for work authorization.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Systems Engineering principles.
Experience or training in system development.
Exposure to System and Sub-system testing.
Experience presenting in design reviews or other gated review processes.
Experience analyzing test data.
A strong passion for the future of technology.

Responsibilities

Exploring new system engineering practices within the company.
Working collaboratively with team members in developing and understanding new engineering products and services.
Supporting Rolls-Royce and their customers in several areas through a wide variety of projects.
