About The Position

As a Validation Technician, you will serve as a vital link between design and reality. You will work closely with design and validation engineers to transform schematics into functional prototypes and ensure our products meet the highest standards of reliability. You will execute a variety of electrical immunity and compliance tests, ensuring that every component can withstand real-world stressors like ESD and power surges. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where your technical accuracy directly impacts the reliability and safety of the final product.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5 years’ experience in validation, testing, verification, or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Associate’s in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics with 3 years’ experience in validation, testing, verification, or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and test requirements
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics with 1 years’ experience in validation, testing, verification, or quality activities in a manufacturing or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute validation and verification activities for systems, equipment, software, and processes in accordance with approved protocols and procedures
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot validation issues, deviations, and nonconformances and support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Develop, build, and maintain test fixtures and supporting designs to enable validation activities and support design engineering efforts
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and test teams to support product releases and changes
  • Ensure validation activities comply with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory or industry requirements
  • Ensure products, systems, and processes meet defined requirements and perform reliably throughout their intended use
  • Build wire harnesses and test fixtures to support design engineering activities and enable effective product validation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities during validation activities
  • Provide hands‑on validation support that reduces risk, improves design quality, and accelerates development timelines
  • Test products to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with defined requirements
