Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field.
Some laboratory experience that includes pipetting.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

Achieving all of the deliverables expected in a validation project within a reasonable timeline as assigned by Supervisor and Scientist.
Performing tasks like planning, documenting, performing bench work, analysis of data, and reporting of data to management.
Maintaining, QC, acquiring specimens, and performing some troubleshooting on sophisticated flow cytometers and other lab equipment.
Alerting management to instrument issues and may be required to request instrument service from appropriate vendor.
Generating validation plans/reports and SOPs with supervision from management.
Complying with all applicable regulations e.g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the performance of their role.
