About The Position

We are seeking a proactive Validation Intern to join our team. This role focuses on the critical intersection of high-speed memory validation and data science. You will develop mainly Python code for consolidating, analyzing and reporting validation data from an ATE environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a rising senior Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must not have graduated before September 2026
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and automation.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with DDR4/5 or LPDDR4/5 protocols, including concepts like training, leveling, and signal margins.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts to extract critical information from ATE validation data logs for high-speed memory testing.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for memory stability across various PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) corners.
