The Valet is responsible for parking services for patients and visitors. The valet will provide a welcoming and supportive first impression for patients, families, and visitors. This role is also responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with wayfinding and offering mobility support.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- Customer service and healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic Life Support certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Parking services for patients and visitors.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive first impression for patients, families, and visitors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with wayfinding.
- Offer mobility support.
