About The Position

The Cape Club at Kiawah Island Club is seeking a polished and service-oriented Valet to provide exceptional arrival and departure experiences for members and guests. As the first and last point of contact at the Club, the Valet plays a key role in setting the tone for each visit—offering a warm welcome, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless service from the moment of arrival to final departure.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for service.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading items.
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior valet, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles.
  • Assist with luggage, golf clubs, and other personal items as needed.
  • Maintain a strong presence at the Club entrance, ensuring a clean and organized valet area.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and other departments to coordinate service.
  • Provide directions, club information, and personalized assistance when requested.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, Club policies, and safety procedures.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
