About The Position

Join our team as a Valet for our gated retirement community. The Valet is responsible for receiving, parking, and retrieving resident and guest vehicles; and the reception and distribution of packages and personal items. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of related experience
Must have basic computer knowledge and strong customer service experience
Ability to maintain/strengthen good working relationships with staff, residents and families
Must be able to stay calm during emergency situations and take appropriate actions as necessary
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Receiving, parking, and retrieving resident and guest vehicles
Reception and distribution of packages and personal items
Promptly greeting residents, guests and visitors
Assist drivers and guests with opening vehicle doors
Maintain a daily log of completed shift functions
Maintain/strengthen good working relationships with staff, residents, and families
