About The Position
We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean. Requirements
- Pickup truck required
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as a driver on the policy
- Smartphone with a data plan and working camera
Responsibilities
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
- Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
- Document resident non-compliance violations.
- Complete routes safely and efficiently.
