About The Position

This is a part-time contract position for a Valet Trash Collector. The role involves collecting bagged trash from building doors and transporting it to an onsite trash compactor. The ideal candidate is hardworking, highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a high attention to detail. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided. The work is performed 5 days a week, Sunday through Thursday, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Punctuality and good physical condition are essential, as the job requires climbing steps and working in various weather conditions. Daily communication with the Valet Field District Manager is expected. Former Military Service Members are preferred, and candidates must own a late-model pickup truck in good condition, speak English, and be comfortable using smartphones and apps. A 5-year contract is mentioned, and Federal Tax ID Number is preferred, with LLCs and Inc's welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash from each Building door
• Take collected trash to trash compactor located onsite
• Be PREPARED to WORK and COLLECT bagged trash COLD, RAIN or SHINE, 5 days per week!
• Climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door
• Be on property onsite 7:55 PM Sharp!
• Remove trash quietly
• Daily contact with Valet Field District Manager
