About The Position

As a Valet Supervisor, you are an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring every "warm welcome" is handled with excellence. You will lead by example and oversee daily shift operations.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• A valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and sprint short distances when needed.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs (luggage, signs, etc.).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather elements (heat, rain, wind, or snow).
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.

• Policy Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all team members adhere to Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Team Support: Act as the first point of contact for associates during the shift to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Guest Relations: Step in to assist with high-profile guests or resolve any service concerns on the spot.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the flow of the parking facility to ensure efficiency and safety at all times.
