You lead by example, ensuring every guest is greeted with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Guests will feel confident knowing their vehicle is in good hands and their experience is being managed by a team that truly cares.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
Previous valet or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
The Valet Supervisor role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts.
Walk and move quickly between the hotel entrance and parking areas.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.
Enter and exit various vehicle types repeatedly throughout the shift.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lead by example while remaining physically active during peak service times.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Responsibilities

Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
Lead, coach, and motivate the valet team to deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure prompt greeting, parking, and retrieval of guest vehicles
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company standards
Drive vehicles carefully and follow all traffic laws and company procedures
Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments to meet business demands
Train new valet associates on service standards, safety procedures, and proper documentation
Ensure accurate ticketing and vehicle information is recorded
Oversee organization and safety of the parking areas and drive
Handle guest concerns or service issues professionally and resolve them in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Bell Staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Inspect team appearance and adherence to uniform standards
Report vehicle damage, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance feedback as directed
Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Protect company and guest assets
