This role is for a Valet Supervisor in Towson, Maryland, working weekends only. The schedule is Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The pay rate is based on an hourly rate plus tips. The Valet Supervisor is responsible for greeting guests, explaining the valet process, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, going above and beyond to enhance the guest experience, and supporting teammates to ensure smooth operations. The company emphasizes that the role is about driving the guest experience, not just parking cars.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
At least 18 years of age
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.
