Requirements

A positive leader who takes pride in doing things right and inspires others
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional attitude and team spirit
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age
All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently
Lead a team of valets with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service, fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive work environment
Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
Produce weekly labor and revenue reports
Issue parking violations
With oversight, conduct interviews and hire associates as needed
Coach and counsel team members
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences
Work together to keep operations smooth and maintain a polished, professional appearance
