About The Position

SP+ is seeking a Valet Supervisor for the Ritz Carlton in Coconut Grove. This role is integral to the guest experience, ensuring every guest receives a 'warm welcome' with excellence. The Valet Supervisor will lead by example and oversee daily shift operations, focusing on delivering 5-Star service, maintaining professionalism, and enhancing the well-being of guests and associates to create memorable experiences. The position involves managing shift operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and acting as the first point of contact for associate issues. Additionally, the role requires quality control through guest relations, stepping in to assist high-profile guests or resolve service concerns, and maintaining the efficient and safe flow of the parking facility.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• A valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Guest Relations: Step in to assist with high-profile guests or resolve any service concerns on the spot.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the flow of the parking facility to ensure efficiency and safety at all times.
