About The Position

Currently seeking qualified individuals for a valet shift manager position at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida. This is a 24-hour operation with various shift availability. The role involves supervising all valet employees, maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure, and completing daily reports.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
Have a clean criminal background record
Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Be flexible with availability
Experience with valet parking and/or management experience
Must have previous computer skills when it comes to file management, communicating via email, data entry, and record keeping
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in written form with employees and management
Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot/problem solve issues that arise quickly
Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer issues, problems, or questions

Responsibilities

Completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports, etc.
Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
Ability to attend meetings and conferences regularly
Provide and safe workplace that handles employee questions and concerns
