About The Position

This position is responsible for taking valet parking information from guests, driving, parking, and retrieving guest cars in a safe and efficient manner. The role also involves providing customer service to both internal and external guests. Additionally, the Valet Runner may perform additional duties during emergency situations, assume duties of other positions in motor services during the off-season, and assist with billing as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• CDL (Class B)
• Passenger endorsement
• Ability to drive standard transmission
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate well with guest.
• Must relate well with guest.
• Ability to provide a 5-Star atmosphere.
• Experience with Word Processing software.
• Experience with Spreadsheet software.
• Experience with Database software.
• Experience with Calendars software.
• Experience with Internet software.
• Data Entry skills.
• Ability to stand continuously (up to 8 hrs. in an 8 hr. shift).
• Ability to walk continuously (up to 8 hrs. in an 8 hr. shift).
• Ability to perform frequent arm/hand movements (up to 5.5 hrs. in an 8 hr. shift).
• Ability to perform frequent hand/eye coordination (up to 5.5 hrs. in an 8 hr. shift).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. or less frequently.
• Ability to lift 11-20 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to lift 21-30 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to lift 31-40 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to lift over 41 lbs. frequently.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Work in Valet Industry a plus.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

Responsibilities
