Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Work, etc.
- Attention to detail, fast learning skills, multi-task individual
- Excellent phone skills
- Employee continuously demonstrates professional and inter-personal skills with customers, vendors, and co-workers which will ultimately result in higher customer satisfaction.
- Social skills that provide an environment of support and achieving goals together as a team.
- Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
- Skills to problem solve in complex, real work, or ill-defined situations.
Responsibilities
- Pickup and delivery of all customer and stock unit vehicles from Toyota/Lexus/PDI
- Pickup/Delivery of Customer Vehicles to Local Vendor locations
- Perform vehicle inspections of Customer Vehicles
- Utilize Calendar to communicate effectively to all departments
- Pickup/Delivery of parts
- Pickup/Delivery of customers to and from shop
- Maintain a clean shop area
- Assist with any other duties assigned by shop manager
