Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or automotive experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work outdoors and be comfortable walking and standing throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely park, retrieve, and transport customer and dealership vehicles.
- Assist the Service Department with vehicle flow and daily operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
