About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and friendly people to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for parking vehicles while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires positive customer service skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to valet parking. A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus, as you will be interacting with guests regularly.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or the equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License in Good Standing
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the property
- Safely assist with vehicle retrieval upon guest request
- Provide excellent customer service to customers at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of service area
- Make sure all vehicles/keys are organized and in appropriate areas
- Assist service department where needed
- Ensure compliance with all parking regulations and policies.
