Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have open and flexible availability to work PM and Overnights; weeknight, weekends and holidays.
- Possess a valid California Driver's License and the ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
- Have at least one year of customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- Preferably have previous hotel and valet experience.
Responsibilities
- Support seamless arrivals and departures: Collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas
- Handle guest belongings with care: Assist with luggage and retrieve items from vehicles upon request
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
