About The Position

This is a part-time, overnight position where the Valet Parker remains standing and ready to serve arriving/departing guests in the valet parking area at all times (except when on approved break). The role involves warmly welcoming customers, completing a vehicle inspection form to note any existing damage, and providing customers with claim tickets. The Valet Parker will also highlight special events, promotions, or property information, and may assist with key dispatch functions. The position requires consistently meeting established speed and safety standards when parking and retrieving customer vehicles according to procedures, and performing all other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to run, walk, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, push, pull, lift, and carry weight for a full 8 hour shift.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
• Must be able to comprehend spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Completes a vehicle inspection form, noting any existing marks, dents or damage to the vehicle.
• Provides customer with claim ticket, and highlights any special events, promotions or information about the property.
• Assists with key dispatch functions as assigned.
• Consistently meets established speed and safety standards when parking and retrieving customer vehicles in accordance with established procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
