About The Position

The Valet Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the valet, bell, and transportation departments within a full-service hotel environment. This position focuses on operational leadership, employee development, guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and accountability standards for vehicle handling and guest property. The manager leads team supervisors and attendants, monitors service flow, and ensures all procedures and policies are consistently followed. This job is a safety sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
