About The Position

The Valet/Garage Attendant provides exceptional customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors with vehicle parking, retrieval, and garage operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and secure parking environment while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all individuals entering the property.

  • Greet guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading personal belongings as needed.
  • Monitor garage and parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
  • Direct traffic flow and assist with parking during special events, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of parking areas and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, valet tickets, and parking assignments.
  • Follow all company policies related to vehicle handling, safety, and security.
  • Respond promptly to resident and guest requests while providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with package delivery, luggage handling, or other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
