About The Position

The Variel at Woodland Hills is a premier luxury senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional service, hospitality, and personalized experiences for our residents and guests. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Full-Time Valet Driver to join our Hospitality team. If you enjoy creating memorable first impressions, providing outstanding customer service, and working in a high-end environment, we would love to meet you. As a Valet Driver, you will be one of the first people residents, families, and guests encounter when arriving at our community. You will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting residents and visitors, maintaining traffic flow, and ensuring a welcoming and professional arrival experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry personal items or luggage when assisting residents and guests

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet, hospitality, hotel, concierge, luxury service, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, family members, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
• Open vehicle and community doors for residents and visitors
• Assist with luggage, packages, walkers, wheelchairs, and personal belongings as needed
• Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
• Operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Maintain valet ticketing procedures and key control processes
• Verify vehicle claim receipts before returning vehicles
• Provide directions and answer questions regarding community services
• Monitor parking areas and traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency
• Report accidents, vehicle damage, security concerns, and unsafe conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas, parking locations, and community entrance
• Follow all community safety and hospitality standards
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer service experience during every interaction
