About The Position

1. Hospital patients, family members are greeted, welcomed, and transported to
their rooms, ancillary areas, and outlying locations as
needed.
2. Patients are transported to and from designated areas of the hospital and to
outlying locations in a caring, considerate, expedient, and professional
manner at all times.
3. Patient identification bracelet is on patients before transporting patients
and demonstrates compassion and respect in all contacts with patients, family, and fellow employees at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and transport hospital patients and family members to rooms, ancillary areas, and outlying locations.
• Transport patients to and from designated hospital areas and outlying locations in a caring, considerate, expedient, and professional manner.
• Ensure patient identification bracelet is on patients before transporting and demonstrate compassion and respect in all contacts with patients, family, and fellow employees.
