About The Position

Bergstrom Lexus of Madison is seeking a Part-Time Service Valet Driver to join their team. This role involves picking up and returning guest vehicles for service, providing transportation for guests to and from their homes or workplaces, and ensuring safe and lawful driving practices. The Valet Driver will also maintain a timely route, communicate any issues, keep records of trips and passenger pick-ups/drop-offs, and manage loaner/rental agreements and service repair orders using an iPhone/iPad.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
Excellent driving skills.
Technology-savvy to work on mobile devices to pull up and execute agreements.
Upbeat and positive personality.
Active listening skills.
Ability to provide excellent guest service.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership.
Ability to build relationships with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

Pick-up guest's vehicles from their home or work and return them to the dealership for service.
Return their vehicle when the service work is complete.
Driving guests to their home or work while their vehicles are being serviced.
Being a safe and law abiding driver.
Keeping a timely route and communicating if issues arise.
Keeping record of trips and passengers pick up and drop off points.
Open & Close Loaner/ Rental Agreements on an iPhone/ iPad.
Keep track of, deliver and get signatures on Service Repair Order documents.
