About The Position

The Valet Driver will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience within the service department. This role involves safely parking and delivering customer vehicles, moving vehicles to support dealership operations, and facilitating the flow of traffic through the service drive. The Valet Driver will also support the service team in maintaining a smooth and organized operation, keeping service drive areas clean and orderly, and adhering to all dealership safety procedures. Additionally, the role includes completing required company and manufacturer training and contributing to a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record with no violations

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a manual transmission is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Assist customers and help ensure their needs are addressed promptly
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience within the service department
• Safely park customer vehicles
• Deliver vehicles to customers when service is complete
• Move vehicles as needed to support dealership operations
• Help facilitate the flow of traffic through the service drive
• Support efficient vehicle movement throughout the service area
• Assist the service team in maintaining a smooth and organized operation
• Maintain service drive areas in a clean and orderly condition
• Follow all dealership safety procedures
• Help maintain a safe work environment for customers and team members
• Complete required company training
• Complete manufacturer training as assigned
