The Hospital Valet position is a high profile, customer service role, serving patients and visitors of Wellstar Kennestone Hospital patient care facilities. Individuals must be personable and compassionate, adhering to Cornerstone standards of employee conduct. This position will also assist with traffic control in the drive lane areas.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, responsible driving record
• Customer service skills
• Driving and parking vehicles of varying sizes
• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Possess a strong desire to serve and care for valet customers
• Consistently demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, management and leadership teams, and our client
• High standard of integrity; reliable, responsible

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and professional customer service by greeting and assisting valet customers with opening/closing car doors, providing wheelchairs as needed, providing information and directions, etc.
• Follow damage check procedures for valet vehicles
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles from assigned parking areas
• Keep traffic moving and drive lanes/fire lanes clear
• Adherence to HIPAA guidelines
• Report to work on time and for your scheduled shifts. Maintaining an acceptable attendance record as defined by Cornerstone Parking Group is a key component to this position
• Report to work in proper uniform
• Other responsibilities as needed

Benefits

• $13.00/hour + tips. Valets can earn $14-$16.00 per hour with tips. Tips are not a guarantee and will vary.
