About The Position

The purpose of the position is to promote an exceptional service experience at client locations while ensuring traffic flow safety for all residents, visitors, guests and vendors. The associate will be responsible for opening vehicle doors, greeting, promoting a welcoming environment and safe traffic flow of the valet parking operation. APC is a full-service hospitality company, providing Front Desk Concierge, Security, Valet Parking, Shuttle and Door Greeter services for residential buildings, healthcare facilities & corporate centers. Requirements

High School diploma
Valid Driver’s License
Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Clear communication skills
Well-groomed professional appearance
Flexible schedule; ability to provide coverage when needed
Weekend availability
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to stand, sit, walk and run for long periods throughout assigned shift
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Physical demands described in this job description must be met in order to perform essential job functions
All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Associate must have a pleasant and professional demeanor. Ability to graciously interact with clientele, residents, guests, building vendors, and building management.
Open vehicle doors for anyone visiting the property.
Park and retrieve vehicles.
Assist with carrying groceries, luggage, packages, etc.
