About The Position
The Valet Cashier will be the point person for the day to day flow of the valet parking team and front drive activity.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Previous customer service experience desired.
- Most work tasks are performed outdoors.
- Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
- Walking is required the rest of the working day.
- Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Responsibilities
- Receive and communicate all vehicle "pulls" to the key control coordinator.
- Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly.
- Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled
- Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification.
- Organize and communicate outside transportation
