About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and providing instructions for self-park retrieval. A key aspect of the job is inspecting vehicles before taking possession, maintaining company uniform appearance, resolving issues, and being a pleasure to be around. The position requires being outside and active most of the day, involving standing, walking, and occasionally helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Additional tasks may include small cleaning or maintenance duties or other special projects as assigned by local management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Ability to drive manual (stick-shift) vehicles.
• Energetic, outgoing.
• Ability to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
• Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking experience: 1 year+
• Customer service experience: 1 year+

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
