From greeting customers with a smile to safely parking and retrieving vehicles, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License required
- 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Ability to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards
- Walk at a brisk pace or jog
- Bending, sitting, and standing repeatedly
- Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
- Must be able to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
- Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a related field preferred
- A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs
- Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required
- Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment
- Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns
